Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Your future role:Ensure the compliance of products and parts delivered by the ALSTOM facilities.Work closely with teams across the business (production, special processes).Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and during their manufacturing process.Record associated NCRs, results, and KPIs.Lead continuous improvement and prevention of Quality defects in the fitting workshop.Contribute to site improvement actions and programs related to the IQ scope.Functionally manage the team of verifiers of the Workshop.Report KPIs, defects, quality incidents of the Workshop.Accept or reject products as defined in the working instructions.Document NCR and results of the inspections and testing.Lead activities to develop continuous improvement and prevention actions.Deploy the self-control audit plan efficiently.Maintain all controlled document files and test records accurately.Lead the Control Plan edition and ensure all characteristics are deployed in the manufacturing processes.Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol, and checklists.Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for corrective action.Alert on risks of missing parts due to defects.Record inspection results in the industrial tools.Report synthesis of inspection results, including KPIs to the Industrial Quality Manager.Stop production in case of a defect justifying mandatory rework.Escalate anomalies detected on production lines & ensure effective treatment.Support manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection.Deploy the APSYS roadmap for Quality requirements.All about you:Industrial Technical Engineering degree.3-5 years experience in a similar position.Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.Experience in operational activities and documentation management.Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO 9001, IRIS, etc.).Awareness of processes and products delivered in the project.Fluent in English.Desirable:Knowledge in technical dimensional measurements.Knowledge of the railway industry.Experience in Quality/Audit.Important to note:As a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 70+ countries we operate in.
