.The CRM Manager will be an integral role in this newly created Channel Marketing team to support the global needs of our Strategic Customer and Page Executive business areas. This role will be driving the strategy, planning and implementation of global campaigns across priority markets, including segmentation, A/B optimization, end-to-end project management and post-campaign analysis. The CRM Manager will liaise with the global CRM product team on the optimization and creation of automated campaigns and lifecycles for these audiences. The CRM Manager will own CRM processes and KPIs, customer journeys logic, segmentations and strategy (short, medium and long term), keeping the customer focus philosophy.- Working with the Head of Channel Marketing for Strategic Customers (SCS) and Page Executive (PEX), and regional business partners, create and deliver a CRM plan and strategy to deliver against customer retention and engagement goals for these strategic growth pillars.- Lead and monitor the audience analysis and segmentation projects.- Drive the ongoing benchmark analysis.- Manage a regular reporting process, using lead and lag metrics to measure effectiveness of programme and course correct where necessary.- Analyse results and propose enhancements on lifecycles and adhoc campaigns to maximise ROI within the Global CRM roadmap.- Work with the compliance team to make sure that we are processing all GDPR data requests and are complying with all local market privacy regulations.Minimum Requirements:- Superior project management skills and strategic thinking.- Working experience with Jira or other project management tools.- Working experience with Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tools.- Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports and provide strategic recommendations motivated by data.- High level of motivation and initiative, the ability to motivate the team and to anticipate company's needs.- Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.- Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently.- Data-driven in approach.- Enthusiastic and proactive.- Pragmatic, diplomatic and flexible.- Strong and creative in problem-solving.- Intellectually curious.- Resilient - ability to not be put off by obstacles and resistance.- Confident and self-assured.- Ability to consider global perspectives.Our purpose at PageGroup is to Change Lives, for our customers, our employees and our investors.
