Job Description SummaryThe Clinical Marketing & Engagement Leader is responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of our clinical marketing initiatives. He/She will have a strong background in clinical research and marketing with a proven ability to integrate scientific knowledge with marketing strategies to enhance our brand and market presence. He/She will identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. He/She will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners to foster relationships and gather insights. He/She will represent the company at industry events, presenting clinical data and marketing materials.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with business to build and drive advocacy and thought leadership initiatives positioning GEHC as a thought leader in the current and future forward healthcare space, providing a coherent approach to the KOL/DOLs initiatives and manage relationships with key Medical Societies.Help clinician and clinically-focused thought leaders share emerging best practices while demonstrating the critical role GEHC solutions play in achieving them.Partner closely with various teams within PCS marketing, the segment GMs, and all the modality leaders to ensure key clinical stories reach our audiences to drive behavior change while leveraging channels that best support impactful clinical learning.Work in collaboration with the global medical affairs team to build strong clinical evidence and lead clinical studies with the international zone.Execute clinical marketing campaigns to increase our brand equity.Design effective digital marketing strategies to increase our footprint and our image as a thought leader company.Manage the GE Healthcare brand among key stakeholders, and work to establish GEHC as the preferred brand in the market and ensure differentiation against competition.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred.10+ years' experience in clinical marketing, medical affairs or related field in a corporate environment.Proven track record of developing and executing successful clinical marketing strategy.Strong understanding of clinical research and the ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data.Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with key stakeholders.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels within the business to energize, build rapport, and influence.Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining forward thinking and customer first attitude.Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with global commercial and product teams.Strong analytical and process skills.Inclusion and Diversity:GE Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer where inclusion matters.
