This role provides help to shape the nature of delivery of HR services and COEs to the business based on a deep understanding of the business environment strategy and people implications.You will also draw upon other parts of HR and functions to bring the right mix of services to the business they support.Main Accountabilities of this roleActs as a single point of contact for the Southern Europe Leadership Team.Partner with the business to develop and implement people and organizational solutions to influence the culture and performance of the business and manage the strategic workforce planning process to identify future capabilities required and the most effective organization design to deliver the strategy.Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover business risks from a people and HR perspective, partners with COEs to develop interventions aimed at enhancing business performance, leads and directs the implementation of business change with COE support and HR Shared Services.Communicates and implements BRAMBLES-wide initiatives and programs; interprets and assists global solutions for local business.Build relationships and network with external relevant parties; develop and grow the capabilities of our HR professionals to deliver high standards to the BU.QualificationsDegree in related field or equivalent education.At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management of a multinational company.Proven strategic HR Business Partner, who supported a global/regional business.Experience in handling change management projects (incl.
