The Global Field Enablement (GFE) team is responsible for driving productivity for our 4,000+ global field Sales and Account Development Team Members through field training, communications, programs to drive field tool adoption and effective go-to-market strategies.This includes innovative learning and delivery programs to enable our field to provide a best-in-class prospect and customer experience as well as creative and engaging communications of critical business content such as new products, services, and tools. As experts in field team needs, we partner across the business on internal go-to-market strategies.ResponsibilitiesThe Field Training Analyst, Foreign Currency Solutions will join a very exciting, collaborative and highly visible team and will be responsible for driving Sales and Account Development Productivity to the Foreign Currency Solutions business by:Partnering with the Global Field Enablement Training Team and Centers of Excellence to develop a training strategy for new and tenured colleagues in the region.Delivering and facilitating select training programs using a range of mediums (On the Job, e-Learning, LinkedIn Learning and In-person facilitated workshops), in strong partnership with the Field as well as external vendors to ensure a best-in-class, modern and engaging training experience across all parameters of training
