White Label is an advertising and marketing agency that works directly with clients to plan, activate, implement, optimize, and report on all aspects of their advertising. As we continue to grow, we need an outstanding, enthusiastic individual to join us as our client lead in Spain. As the in-country point of contact for our clients, you will work with our team in the EU Hub in the UK and with in-country colleagues across EU countries. Your role will be to ensure that marketing plans and content are localized in order to reach and resonate with the right target audiences and comply with any country-specific regulations. With the support of the EU Hub, you will need to identify new offline and online channels at a local level through which we can improve lead generation marketing activities. You will also manage and coordinate 3rd party vendors to execute localized marketing strategies. Responsibilities: As the Spanish team lead, this role will work with the EU Hub team to develop marketing strategies to deliver against hiring objectives in support of our clients' hiring needs in Spain. This is a digital and non-digital performance marketing role with responsibility for all valuable localized marketing strategies. The core mission is to bring local expertise and best practices to the digital and non-digital marketing offering of White Label. This role will report to the Head of EU Hub in the UK. Strategic thinker with ability to connect across multiple touchpoints to build integrated plans. Analytical and data-driven with ability to identify trends, create strong narratives & draw actionable insights. Hands-on experience in formulating search strategies: defining keywords, campaigns setup, performance analysis, reporting & listing optimization. Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple contacts at the same time. Experience in creating and launching cross-functional marketing campaigns. Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data. Excellent communication both written & verbal: present plans and results to internal stakeholders. Experience of delivering premium content and marketing campaigns to target audiences. Spanish native speaker, with fluency in English. All communications are in English. Experience managing budgets: planning, forecasting, reporting. Good project management skills.
