Job Description
Join our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current and/or forecasted vacancies. As a trusted, consultative partner, you will recruit for roles at all levels and be the "go to" person for assistance in your team. Your strong process skills and creative sourcing techniques will ensure success and growth of the account.
Accountabilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies & channels to build relevant talent pools.
Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions.
Client Relationship Management.
Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client business partners in a timely, professional, and responsive manner, always striving to deliver outstanding service.
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of your assigned business units and region.
Process Management; full end-to-end.
Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery.
Skills & Experience
MUST be able to speak, read, and write fluent English and Spanish.
The full legal right to work in the EU now and in the future without any form of work visa/authorization sponsorship.
Minimum of 5 years full-cycle recruitment experience.
MUST have experience recruiting for various Life Science, Pharma, and Medical devices positions.
Involvement in projects outside of day-to-day delivery, D&I, Continuous Improvement, mentorship, and senior level exec hiring.
Demonstrated capability to set and manage client expectations through the recruitment process; identify continuous improvement opportunities and be an advisor to client.
Demonstrated capability with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information, ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics.
