In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for both Implementation Onboarding and Consulting Projects. Proactivity, diligence, up-to-date reporting (client-facing and internal), and expertise in the main Service Lines (Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, and Payroll) are indispensable for success in this role.As the focal point for both Clients and HSP Partners during implementation, it is key that you show strong client-facing skills, strong relationship management, and strong Project and Program Management skills. You will also be involved in department process and output creation, prospect client calls, sales calls, client presentations, partner presentations, and any related tasks that require your services, support, and/or expertise.Responsibilities Onboard portfolio of clients to HSP. These projects can be varied and include, although not limited to, Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management, HR, amongst others.Creation of Project Plans, rollout/transition plans, RAIDS logs, SteerCo reporting.Forecasting of Go Live dates to ensure your projects Go Live on time and within budget.Liaising with local HSP experts, maintaining good relationships and open communication.Be a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for your clients. Lead recurring client status update calls.Ensure smooth handovers to BAU operations.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team such as process improvements, sales pitch training/toolkits, ongoing enablement/learning, and sales playbook creation.Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.3+ years proven experience in program and/or project management.Proven stakeholder management skills.Proven experience managing a team.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.Industry experience (Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management) and technical understanding related to the international expansion industry.Familiarity working with B2B sales teams.Problem solver.Driven/Self-motivated.Experience and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, and Operations.Exceptional verbal and written communicator.Requirements Dependable, proactive, consistent performer with a positive attitude and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across the team and organization.Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and client.Assertive but tactful and can manage multiple business relationships.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
