Position Overview: We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Marketing & Sales Representative to join our Berlin-based team.
This is a great opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
In this role, you'll drive marketing and sales efforts in Dutch-speaking regions, build client relationships, and promote our social media solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Market Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, assess their needs, and offer tailored social media solutions.
Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach, while qualifying prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Development: Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively conveying the value of our social media services.
Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging long-term partnerships.
Marketing Strategy: Work with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate leads in Dutch-speaking markets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Content Creation: Support the creation and localization of marketing materials and content for the Dutch market, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as product development and customer support to enhance the customer experience and drive success.
CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM for analysis and reporting.
Compliance: Ensure that all marketing and sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential, with at least a B2 level of English.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Passionate about sales, marketing, and social media, with an interest in the digital landscape.
Customer Focused: Committed to understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive outlook
