Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst Spain for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for financial planning and reporting.
This position is part of the finance department located in Barcelona and will be on-site.
You will be a part of the finance team and report to the Country Controller.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders and local management, supporting country-specific analytics, budgeting, and forecasting.Provide strategic insights, variance analysis, and identify trends to improve financial performance.Participate in special projects, liaise with corporate headquarters in Europe.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters such as tax, treasury, and accounting.Essential RequirementsDegree in business administration, engineering, or statistics with 5+ years of experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.Proficiency in Spanish and English, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, NetSuite).Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a major plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.Hands-on approach, ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, accuracy, precision, and teamwork abilities.Desirable QualificationsExperience in a large multinational environment, capable of interacting with senior management and presenting financial data clearly; international work or study experience.Business curiosity, a mindset for continuous improvement, and familiarity with PSP/Kaizen methodologies is advantageous.You may not check every requirement, or your experience may look a little different from what we outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Beckman Coulter, we encourage you to apply!
