Business EthicsDeontologyBusiness SimulationDigital Transformation of the CompanyOperations ManagementManagement Information SystemsRequirements and Qualifications: Academic background: Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Marketing or similar.Doctorate. ANECA Accreditations are valued.High level of English (C1).Research: Applicants should hold a Ph.D. and should have a demonstrated potential for research excellence.Track record of international publications in leading conferences and journals.Experience with or good prospects for acquiring external research funds.Vision on future research directions in own area of expertise.Experience with or readiness to supervise PhD projects.Active role in international scientific communities.Teaching: Enthusiasm for teaching and student supervision.Ability to teach in departmental BSc and MSc programs.Vision on teaching and your own contribution to teaching.Competences and skills: Communication skills, oral and written.Ability to generate impact and motivate students.Skill and use of practical and up-to-date pedagogical resources.
