Oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize disruptions and ensure the property remains in top condition. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.Leadership: Build a high-performing team by attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
