This role is key to achieving our ambition of accelerating our smart manufacturing journey.
This newly created role will give you direct management responsibility over a team of project managers and technology experts.
You will work closely with other team members from support functions and site teams to help achieve these goals.In teamwork with local sites, you will build out a detailed roadmap, manage the execution of these initiatives to detailed execution plans you develop, with internal and external partners, develop robust processes, and achieve project goals within committed timing and costs.
You will be accountable for the Service Delivery and Portfolios of the Electronic Manufacturing and R&D sites worldwide, as well as for the EL Service Delivery and Portfolios and alignment with Business, Business Partners, Application owners, and OT Teams to ensure smooth project delivery.You will be in charge of overall IT-I hosting Life Cycle management for the Hardware in the Electronic Manufacturing and R&D sites and develop and implement the IT hosting strategy for the Electronic sites to enable the organization's digital ambitions.
You will be dedicated to the Electronic Digital Program Transformation aligning Hosting teams as well as external resources for delivery and capacity estimation.
You will work with OT, IT e, and IT-I's L4s and L3s to deliver the Business EL roadmaps and together agree on investment priorities across the regions representing all IPT in infrastructure.
You will manage the finances of both operational and capital budgets within the IT department in alignment with OT and IT.Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Informatics, IT, Science, or related majors.You have a minimum of 7+ years of experience delivering programs of work across multiple sites.You have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing and caring for global teams in the manufacturing and IT arenas.You are a strategic and analytical problem solver capable of drawing the big picture.You possess the ability to cope with complex and unclear problems that require alignment with different partners and translate business challenges into innovative IT concepts from proof of concept to productive usage
