Descripción del rol: We are looking for a Talent Management Senior Professional who will join the Talent Area, reporting to the L&D Manager of Ferrovial Construction.
You will participate in global strategic projects for talent management processes. As a Talent Management Senior Professional, you will participate in identifying synergies across all Business Units, define global projects & processes aiming to harmonize & simplify the way we work in coordination with the different HR talent teams within Ferrovial to understand their needs, provide and implement global solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of key development HR projects for the Company, with a global focus and international perspective.
Work closely with the different geographies of Ferrovial Construction as a key partner to exploit synergies and implement talent management processes, understanding their business requirements and supporting them to adopt these new processes.
Assist in defining, designing, implementing, and coordinating the Talent management processes: Talent Review process, Succession Plans, individual development plans and 360º assessments.
Participate in identifying the organization's critical groups, monitor mobility plans, learning and development actions, and coordinate visibility actions.
Data Analytics: define and homogenize HR KPIs' global Talent Reporting strategy. Prepare and report Global data regarding Talent Review, Succession Plans, Critical employees, Mobility, Voluntary attrition, Junior talent, etc.
Monitor the implementation of the individual development plans for the key people in the organization.
Participate and collaborate with Ferrovial business units to improve talent & Learning Workday module use, and work closely with the IT support team to implement the new requirements.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree or postgraduate in a related field.
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, especially in the people and talent field, in highly demanding companies.
Advance in Excel and Power Point.
Solid analytical skills.
Experienced working with Workday system will be also valuable.
English is a must; other languages will be also valuable.
Capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
Collaborative skills, strategic vision, push to make things happen and hunger to succeed.
