Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience.You will derive improvement measures from complaints from our customers. In doing so, you will actively participate in improving our software product.You will use your friendly attitude to conduct contract renegotiation or up-selling with our customers.Occasionally, you will use your talents and skills during trainings or meetings at our operator's offices.What we are looking forYou have professional experience in account management or a similar position.You are keen to present customers with a product that has real added value – and to make it fit their needs.You have a strong affinity for technology (esp. API, HTML/CSS) and digital marketing metrics and tools (esp. Hubspot and Pendo).You have an impressively purposeful manner and great commitment.You speak German and English on a professional level; further languages wouldbe considered a plus (esp.
