About the Job! The Privacy & Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the CPM International Privacy & Compliance team in implementing and executing CPM's Privacy & Compliance strategy to manage and mitigate risks to the business. The team offers a range of services to both the business and its clients, including policy management, compliance monitoring, training and awareness, and risk management. With seven agencies across Europe and the UK, and as part of a global organization committed to adhering to legal and regulatory requirements,
the Privacy & Compliance Analyst is instrumental in ensuring that all CPM agencies operate within legal and regulatory boundaries and follow industry best practices.
What will you be doing?Support the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of policies for privacy, information security, and quality management systems.Monitor compliance with policies and regulations to identify potential risks or non-compliance.Assist in developing and delivering training programs and awareness initiatives for privacy, information security, and quality management systems.Guide internal departments on best practices for privacy, information security, and quality management systems.Support the maintenance of regulatory frameworks including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 9001 and participate in compliance audits and assessments.Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of corrective action plans.Ensure appropriate information security and data protection measures are in place.Support the management of information security incidents.Research emerging privacy laws and regulations.Support responses to requests for information related to privacy, information security, and quality management programs.Manage data privacy and information security documentation requirements, including assessments, inventories, and risk registers, ensuring documentation is created and maintained.Participate in reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts to ensure appropriate data protection and information security requirements are agreed between CPM and third parties.Perform other duties and involvement in ad hoc CPM/Omnicom Projects.RequirementsWhat skills & experience you will bring to us?Experience driving change and compliance in a multi-language, multi-disciplinary environment, including experience with governance, project planning, risk and issue management and mitigation.Experience working with EU data privacy and data protection regulation, and other privacy and quality frameworks and evolving legislation worldwide, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, and PCI-DSS.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and identify, develop, implement, monitor, and document effective solutions.Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.Can handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding high standards for work products.Can work unsupervised and take the initiative and ownership of tasks.Proficient in privacy management software such as One Trust.Willing and able to learn about new regulations, requirements, and developments in information security, privacy, and quality management.Time management and prioritisation skills to enable handling a large volume of tasks and responsibilities.BenefitsWhat do we offer?Start date: 17th of JuneContract: Permanent (1-month probation period)Full-time: (39 hours/week)Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pmSalary: Competitive salaryHolidays: 24 per calendar yearHybrid work modelTraining: 3 weeks during normal working hoursOffice location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)Other BenefitsBest-in-class people engagement activities and programsOngoing training and development and an opportunity for you to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environmentEmployee Assistance Program - Free, confidential, and impartial guidance and supportEmployee Benefits Club - a wide range of exclusive perks and rewards as a valued member of our organisationOption to sign-up for Discounted Private Health InsuranceReferral Program - Bring a friend and get a referral bonusAccess to LinkedIn specialised training & coursesWho we areCPM International has a global presence in over 30 countries.
