About the roleThe role scope is to develop the annual Single Vision Category Strategy and Brand Plans (Transitions, Eyezen and Crizal).
Manage the plan execution together with the several business partners (Trade Marketing, Media, Commercial and Training).

Business Scope: part of the Iberian team and focused on Spain.

Key role accountabilities:Category & Brand management:Plan the medium & long-term strategy for categories & brands based on the HQ global strategy and guidelines.Prepare the annual Marketing plan for the Single Vision category and brands – Transitions, Eyezen and Crizal.Deploy the plan in the market for B2B and B2C, together with the several business partners: price, product range, launch activation, communication in the Point of Sale & Media and trainings.Coordinate with the communication team to develop the annual communication plan for category & brands.Follow-up P&L evolution and plan corrective actions:Define annual sales objectives and KPI's for the categories in charge of, together with the sales team and monitor the business performance.ROI evaluation of the different activities.Marketing Mix:Analyse and review strategically the structure of the different elements of the marketing mix such as proposition, price, distribution and communication.Monitor competition and consolidate consumer behaviors trends.Compliance: Guarantee the fulfillment of EssilorLuxottica's compliance standards, and P&V. Your profile:Master degree preferably in Marketing / Business.At least 2-4 years of solid experience in marketing & brand management.Experience with product portfolio.Experience in executing the market strategy - adapt global assets to the local needs, pick media channels to implement the campaigns.Experience in digital marketing (planning & designing).Ability to understand the data and to draw conclusions - experience in work with numbers/data.Very good Excel skills.Fluent in English & Spanish.Strong communication & networking skills.Strategic thinking.Team / people-oriented person who can engage people, set up and maintain the team spirit and good cooperation with stakeholders.Open-minded, proactive and autonomous person.Agility & readiness to deal with a changing & dynamic work environment.Can do approach, motivation to search for improvements, solutions. Additional assets:Knowledge/experience in the ophthalmic lenses market.
