About the roleWe seek a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as Market Strategy Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for building an onboarding strategy for the Business Development team, as well as working on strategic projects to boost the Business Development performance worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
You will:Enhance company performance, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives for the Business Development team.Design and execute a structured onboarding program for Business Development team members, ensuring alignment with Fever's mission and objectives.Partner with Business Development leadership to identify key learning goals and performance metrics for new hires.Drive the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions, contributing significantly to the company's success.Collaborate with diverse teams and projects spanning numerous markets and regions in a multinational setting encompassing up to 40 countries.About youYou are degree-qualified, with strong data analysis, and oral and written communication skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your curious, detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
Qualifications:Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (STEM degree).5 years of experience in operations, training and development, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience creating and delivering training content.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms is a plus.A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and pursuing opportunities while effectively addressing challenges.Passion for empowering teams and driving impactful results.A high level of English is required.Benefits & PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
