We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGMissionSupport the Global team of Santander Retail and Commercial to deliver the strategic agenda of the division, leading the activities required to govern the division on an ongoing basis as well as to transform the business.ResponsibilitiesContribute to set the strategic agenda of the division and support in the delivery of the Transformation program of the division.Support the Global Head of R&C in his leadership role, preparing for Senior Management presentations, developing documents for Group level governance (Board of Directors, Executive Committee).Ensure the appropriate execution of the internal governance procedures.Requisites / Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.MBA / Master in finance would be valuable.Minimum years of relevant experience.Basic / medium financial knowledge desirable.Proactive, creative, and hard-working candidate with high analytical and problem-solving skills (consulting experience valuable).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Advanced level of Microsoft Office.Fluent in English and Spanish.The candidate will be based in Madrid.#J-18808-Ljbffr
