Job description: Deploy the Finance strategy within your scope and coordinate the daily financial operations.Act as a business partner by supporting operational stakes through relevant financial projects and actions.Own strategic projects for the Group (A&F; Road map).Support on external audit by providing reports and financial data.Supervise the outputs of other Functions in Finance (Accountants, Payroll, Invoicing team).Coach team members and ensure their skills development.Ensure the Department's compliance with local regulations and Group policies.Contribute to the definition of new financial processes and strategies.Work under an Undetermined Duration Contract, embracing the dynamic and innovative culture of Mantu.Position located in Spain, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our international growth. Profile Requirement: Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.Expert on Excel.Advanced knowledge on P&L; and balance sheet.Advanced notions of accounting.Notions of audit methods and tax.Notions of corporate finance.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong leadership skills, capable of coaching and developing team members.Committed to ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
