.Job Title: VPO Senior Manager, Travel Distribution Transformation As a critical part of the Travel Distribution Vice President Office, the Travel Distribution (TRD) Transformation role manages internal transversal initiatives and serves as the relay for the Travel Unit Transformation / Operating Model team. This role will involve representing Travel Distribution in Travel Unit forums while working in close collaboration with the TRD Leadership team and the Travel Unit Transformation & Operating Model team. Key Responsibilities Transformation Office projects / programs: The role serves as the VP Office entry point for transformation initiatives impacting the organization, including operating model, ways of working, and digitalization. This requires effective change management to ensure smooth transition and alignment with the company's goals from multiple angles. The Operating Model area includes program management of transformation initiatives with organization/ways of working impact (e.G. Product Life Cycle, Agile, Efficiency, Sales Cycle, Segmentation, Marketing). The Digitalization area includes projects related to Taxonomy, Data models and Governance, and Customer journey (among others). The role will be in frequent contact with various stakeholders, including Travel Distribution VP and/or Business Domain heads and teams, necessitating strong internal communication skills to orchestrate/manage virtual teams effectively. These skills are essential for conducting assessments, defining project plans, presenting findings and recommendations, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring the execution of deliverables. The nature of the project will dictate if the Vice President Office member will be contributing to or managing the project for Travel Distribution scope. VP Engagement: Manage the VP engagement calendar, including employee roundtable sessions, participation in direct report staff meetings, employee recognition, Live with the VP and Leadership team, and other team engagement activities. Manage agendas, coordinate participation within and outside the unit, and ensure timely, high-quality content. The Ideal Candidate University degree; MBA is an asset. 10+ years of experience working in transformation projects, project management, or stakeholder management positions. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the travel distribution industry. Experience in leading operating model/large project engagements. Fluent English is a must; additional languages are considered a plus. Strong communicator, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy.
