FILLING FRAGRANCES SHIFT LEADER Granollers filling fragrances area is recruiting a Shift Leader to manage and control Safety, quality, service, and cost according to the company targets.
RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Shift Leader, you are responsible for managing and controlling safety, quality, services, and cost control according to the company targets.
Your main focus:
Ensure adherence to the safety rules, apply countermeasures, and do the first analysis when an event occurs during the shift.Quality management during the shift, ensure teams apply the quality standards. Other than that, you:
