Our mission is to contribute to help more people and businesses prosper.As a VP TMT Industry Group - M&A you will work on transactions in Europe and/or Latin America.You will work together with senior bankers on the Origination and Executions of transactions in the TMT space.Main Responsibilities:Support senior bankers on deal origination and execution (M&A, Acquisition Finance, LBO's and other event driven Corporate events)Participate on idea generation on client opportunitiesStructure and lead financial analysis and presentations, develop Information Memorandum's, Management Presentations and other market materialsLead client interactions and overall coordination process during transactionsOversee, train and coach a team of Analysts and AssociatesEXPERIENCE5+ years of experience in a similar position.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of the TMT space (namely Telecom, yet exposure to other sub-sectors is welcomed).High level of English and Spanish is required.
