Guided by our core values of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, we are seeking a passionate and driven VP Sales – Sports to lead our expansion and growth in these regions.Main Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets across EMEA APAC by building and nurturing relationships with key players in the sports industry — sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy, ensuring alignment with local market needs and the company's global objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, RD, and operations to ensure product offerings meet the specific needs of each region, enhancing fan engagement and monetization opportunities.
Establish and foster strategic alliances and partnerships with key stakeholders in both regions, including rights holders, media partners, and technology providers.
Represent the company at industry conferences, sports events, and exhibitions, promoting our solutions and building brand awareness.
Lead and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals across multiple countries, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent execution of sales initiatives.
Provide strategic insights and market feedback from both regions to the executive team to shape future product development and market positioning.
Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the sports industry, with a focus on the sport markets.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in the sports sector, with a deep understanding of the commercial dynamics (rights management, broadcasting, OTT, sponsorship, etc.).
Strong network of connections within the sports world, including leagues, clubs, and media entities.
Fluency in English; additional relevantlanguages are a plus.
A passion for sports and a deep understanding of its influence on media, culture, and business.
Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA APAC to meet with clients and partners.
