Grow your career as VP Revenue Management, EMEA for the European portfolio of AMR Collection, currently consisting of 50+ properties in Spain and Greece, with rapid expansion projected across additional countries and destinations.In this role, you will be responsible for pricing and inventory management to optimize the portfolio of hotels; forecasting and annual budgeting of package revenues and for the deployment of revenue management tools and processes in the Region.A successful VP Revenue Management, EMEA will:Lead a team of revenue managers and will be accountable for their activities in optimizing price and inventory control changes based upon hotel pacing, competitive, and overall market conditions.Be responsible for weekly package revenue forecasting.Be responsible for developing and then achieving the annual package revenue budget.Regularly report on business pacing, highlighting key insights and implications.Effectively lead ad hoc pricing and revenue management strategy analyses.Monitor competitive price actions and market conditions to incorporate in tactical decision making and effectively communicate those market conditions.Develop the functional expertise of the revenue management team.Build an industry-leading revenue management team.A successful VP Revenue Management, EMEA will have:Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or analytical field; Master's Degree in Business or Science preferred.10 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in revenue management and leading revenue management functions.Technical aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly.Spanish fluency required.About Apple Leisure Group: As North America's only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
