At this time,we are looking for a VP Project Development to lead the team and guarantee excellent project results.**Tasks**:- Report regularly to the Managing Director on all aspects of the project and keep him informed of any problems that may affect the completion of the project.- Lead the project development team and conduct performance reviews, goal setting, regular project reviews, and team events- Financially manage the team, and manage the resources, including identifying where additional work is required and agreeing on fees for such work with clients- Build close relationships with clients and ensure that the team informs them of project changes/progress- Oversee the quality of work produced by team members achieving high standards at all times- Participate in the direction of development and constructionprojects, including developing project delivery strategies, managing real estate matters such as obtaining permits, procurement, managing consultants and contractors, overseeing contract administration, preparing execution plans, preparing risk studies, and other duties reasonably expected of the project manager from project initiation to project closure- Advise your team and help them develop their skills- Actively seek new projects and additional business with existing clients using your best commercial skills.- Ensure compliance with all corporate, health and safety policies- More than 10 years of management of large:Scale construction projects (amusement parks, shopping centres, residential areas, etc.)- Domain of project management software- Project budget management- Risk management- Analytical mindset and complex problem solver- Leadership, communication and negotiation skills- Fluent English and Spanish.
