As VP Product (Digital Customer), you will be responsible for one of the four pillars of the wefox product team, alongside Platform, Insurance Product, and Advanced Innovation.
You make things possible by defining and driving the strategy for our customer and advisor products, growing and leading the 'Digital Customer' team, and establishing best practices for Product Management at wefox.

Responsibilities Driving the Product Strategy and articulating a clear vision for our digital customer products.
Setting the standards for good product design, helping the design team to create engaging interfaces and simple user journeys through (sometimes) complex topics.
Setting standards for ways of working that are fit for a hybrid workplace and based on a philosophy of continuous improvement.
Promoting a product culture that is data-driven, customer-centric, and lean.
Managing a team of Product Managers and designers, including recruitment and development of your team.
You will bring Leadership experience in a product role.
Collaborative approach to getting things done.
Strong theoretical knowledge of Product approaches, techniques, and tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication (in English).
Learning mindset for yourself and promote learning in your team.
A few experiences that are 'nice to haves': scale up, B2B2C products, InsureTech or FinTech, international workplace, localized products.
