Let's talk about the roleOur operations team focuses on delivering a satisfying and dependable service that allows Stuart to differentiate against its competition, launching new geographies and products, while building and testing the strategic plans at every step.The VP Operations Sustainability will set the strategic vision for how to improve both top and bottom lines through operations, product and feature enhancements.
You will work with product, engineering, sales, operations, business development, and other teams to make your vision a reality.What will I be doing?
Provide thought leadership to Stuart's operations team and globally as a member of the Executive team: Actively engage as a member of the global leadership team for cross-cutting strategic, operational and people initiativesBe the advocate for client satisfaction through smooth operations and BPO management: Accountable for engagement framework set with each client segment, with programs delivered by in-house team or with the support of Stuart's BPO partnersEnsure cities are performing according to their potential and the supply-demand level:1.
Develop and operationalize strategies that help us segment the cities and deliver on our service levels set at segment level2.
Guide the organization smoothly into its next stage of growth by introducing best-in-class supply demand programs that enable a continually expanding global footprint and complexity of operationsBe the voice of our couriers by enabling a strong courier value proposition: Continue to evolve the courier value proposition which considers several pillars from earnings, to user experience, protection, and other factorsImplement and improve all courier operational processes to enable a healthy supply:1.
Build a strong courier operations team focused on onboarding, activating and retaining couriers in over 150+ cities2.
Enable Stuart to manage a multi-fleet program that considers multiple vehicle types and optimizes for quality of service and CO2 emission reductionImplement Stuart's ambitious Sustainability program: Embed sustainable practices and goals into day-to-day operations and in our future tech developments in line with our 2035 net zero commitmentWhat do we need from you?
