Relocation and sponsorship visa are not offered at this moment.Let's talk about the roleOur operations team focuses on delivering a satisfying and dependable service that allows Stuart to differentiate against its competition, launching new geographies and products, while building and testing the strategic plans at every step.The VP Operations & Sustainability will set the strategic vision for how to improve both top and bottom lines through operations, product and feature enhancements. You will work with product, engineering, sales, operations, business development, and other teams to make your vision a reality.What will I be doing?Provide thought leadership to Stuart's operations team and globally as a member of the Executive team: Actively engage as a member of the global leadership team for cross-cutting strategic, operational and people initiativesBe the advocate for client satisfaction through smooth operations and BPO management: Accountable for engagement framework set with each client segment, with programs delivered by in-house team or with the support of Stuart's BPO partnersEnsure cities are performing according to their potential and the supply-demand level:1. Develop and operationalize strategies that help us segment the cities and deliver on our service levels set at segment level2
