The company is doing over €15M ARR, with a sales team spread across Europe and strong client penetration in 60 countries.
Now, they are ready to continue their hyper-scale mode towards €50M ARR in the upcoming years.
Their focus lies within the SMB and midmarket segment.
As such, we're looking for a VP of Sales who really takes pleasure in building a world-class sales motion for the SMB and midmarket segment with a strong inbound flow.
And getting the most out of high-potential individuals in an environment that is set up for success.
Responsibilities Manage a team of sales directors, 8-12 AEs, partnership managers, and sales engineers Create a top-performing sales team and coach the team to success Build a data-driven sales organization Improve sales motions for the SMB and Midmarket segment Further build out the partnership strategy Grow the net new revenue metrics YoY You must have: Strong SMB leadership track record within the SaaS industry with a minimum of 3 years You have built and scaled an SMB sales team with at least 10 mln in ARR You are data-driven and a strong believer in data, innovation and AI disruptions You are hands-on and eager to support your team in every way possible to succeed Want to know more about who wrote this job listing?
