Vp Of Operations - Semiconductor Start-Up

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join an exciting new start-up within the Semiconductor space as the VP of Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company specialising in the development of imaging tech, you will play a key role in building and leading the operations team from the ground up.
Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.
Oversee the imaging, process development, and manufacturing/ foundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
Qualifications Proven experience managing operations within a fabless semiconductor company.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling operations teams from inception to high performance.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
This position will offer the successful VP of Operations a competitive salary package comprising of a fixed salary plus equity and bonus scheme.
