Role Overview As the Vice President of Marketing at Plug and Play, you will lead our global marketing and communication strategy, championing inbound marketing initiatives and amplifying our brand across diverse industries. This role calls for a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of a multi-industry, multicultural ecosystem, driving our marketing team to new heights of success. Your mission will be to forge unparalleled brand awareness and positioning, steering our marketing efforts to support sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Strategize, develop, and execute a comprehensive global marketing and communication plan that aligns with Plug and Play's strategic objectives.Lead and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to report on marketing ROI and influence strategic decisions.Ensure the integration and alignment of marketing initiatives across various industries and regions, maintaining consistency with global strategies.Spearhead brand development, establishing Plug and Play as a leader in innovation and startup ecosystem development.Drive lead generation and support sales and commercial teams by providing strategic marketing support and insights into competitive differentiation.Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration between marketing and other departments, including sales, partner success, and ventures.Champion the use of market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.Required Experience and Qualifications A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in leadership roles, including managing diverse and high-performing teams.Exceptional fluency in English (C1 level or higher) with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a global, multicultural environment.Deep understanding of market research practices, marketing strategies, and brand building.Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.Demonstrated ability to lead large scope projects across departments and teams, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
