Currently, we are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the team of rock-star salespeople and to ensure that iDeals is the first-choice VDR provider for an even bigger number of clients.This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and assumes a full end-to-end responsibility for the global inside sales process, including hiring and onboarding salespeople, evaluating the performance of the team member, ensuring positive team spirit, developing a high conversion sales process, managing inside sales metrics, and being a role model for the inside sales team.It is a unique opportunity to build an exceptional track record in a multinational hyper-growth environment and to help bring a world-class company to the next level.
