.As the VP of Growth Marketing at Joorney, you will have a range of responsibilities and requirements to drive business growth by focusing on creating scalable and measurable marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, specifically in the B2B space.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department's activities contribute to our company's long-term success.This position has the potential to become the Chief Marketing Officer of Joorney.Responsibilities Include:Work with the Sales and Marketing Director in taking responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy, and team, with a specific focus on B2B growth marketing initiatives.Identify and plan differentiated and impactful growth marketing strategies, such as account-based marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns.Develop and implement a cohesive growth marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the B2B space.Build, manage and coach a high-performing growth marketing team with a focus on driving experimentation and rapid iteration of campaigns.Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for shortand long-term market forecasts and reports, with a focus on B2B buyer behavior and sentiment.Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, such as product-led growth and conversion rate optimization, specifically for B2B customers.Manage marketing budget and expenditures, with a focus on ROI and efficient use of resources in the B2B space.Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels, with a focus on creating a consistent experience across all touchpoints for B2B customers.Identify B2B competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies and stakeholders, with a focus on leveraging data and analytics to drive growth.Qualifications and Requirements:At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Director or other senior growth marketing role, with a specific focus on B2B marketing.MA degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent degree.Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful B2B growth marketing campaigns with a focus on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of market research, B2B buyer behavior, and analytics tools.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.Strong analytical and project management skills, with a focus on experimentation and rapid iteration.Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions and prioritize growth opportunities in the B2B space
