You will: Define B2C value proposition and strategic plan Create, communicate & execute Cabify B2C growth strategy to increase market penetration Responsible for performance against key top-line and bottom-line KPIsBuild and understand new and existing customers, providing an exceptional service Identify and implement actions to accelerate growth and improve profitability Plan budget and manage spend on B2C growth initiativesManage and mentor a talented growth team developing a result-oriented mindset even when exploring new opportunities and the uncertainty is higherWork closely with stakeholders across the organization - local & global teamsDedicate approximately 10%-15% of your working time traveling to LATAM to work closely with local teamsCreate a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovationOur Ideal candidate has: Great alignment with our principles, we take this very seriously. 15+ years of B2C leadership positions, consulting, entrepreneurship experienceStrategic mindset & leadership skills to launch and scale initiatives that can significantly accelerate revenue growthUnderstanding of marketplace dynamics and the role of pricing in two-sided marketplacesStrong background in managing local and global teams Superior communication and relational skills, enabling effective knowledge sharing and influencing decision-making across diverse teamsInitiative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentAbility to learn and adapt to changeHands-on and continuous delivery attitude.  What's it like to work at Cabify?
