We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and hands-on marketing leader who will lead our positioning and messaging, ensuring we are delivering the right message to the right audience, at the right time. In doing so, you will help us define and execute on our where-to-play and how-to-win decisions. You will create meaningful campaign strategies, sales enablement tools, run product launches and articulate our product value proposition. This is a perfect role for a customer-focused B2B SaaS marketing leader that is excited to lead by example and do the doing - by doing so raise the bar of marketing at OutThink and drive communication excellence to the next level.
What you'll doMarket Positioning and Product MarketingDevelop comprehensive product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target customers, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.Conduct market research to ensure that OutThink speaks directly to customers' pain points, ensuring the differentiation and value proposition is glaringly obvious.Go-to-Market ExecutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Channel) to create and execute go-to-market plans.This will include overseeing and being hands-on with all Product Marketing (including customer presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs, contributed articles, videos), digital marketing and demand generation (including account-based marketing, ads, events and wider public relations including product/company press-releases).Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) DevelopmentWork closely with the Product and Sales teams to define and refine ICPs until product-market fit is found.Utilize customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.Content Creation and Sales EnablementProvide the Sales team with the tools and enablement materials needed to effectively communicate our product value proposition (including presentations, case studies, and product collateral).Create engaging and informative web content, including blog posts, webinars, and social media posts.Anything else that comes your wayWe're a growing start-up and we'll look to you to be dynamic and step outside of your swim-lane from time to time.

You have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets. You've constantly exceeded goals and targets in a marketing capacity and have proven experience within a marketing leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment working closely with large enterprise customers. You will be grounded in product marketing expertise and, ideally, have prior experience within cybersecurity.Pragmatically scrappy and action-orientated. You'll have proven ability to exercise sound business judgment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll also be known to be creative and find ways to do more with less within a scale-up environment.Player-coach. You'll inherit a small team and will be responsible for providing them the right structure, guidance, development opportunities and vision to succeed in their roles. However, today, 90% of the role will be operating in an Individual Contributor capacity and hands-on. Over time, we want you to build a world-class marketing team that propels forward marketing as a key discipline at OutThink.Proven excellence.
