As Vice President, Global Accounts, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and supporting strategies to drive global revenue growth, omnichannel distribution strategies, and client engagement with some of our largest clients in the international accident & health division. Additionally, you will act as the key relationship director, including P&L ownership of one of the division's largest portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with and direct internal business partners to negotiate contract renewals and lead all aspects of the client relationship.
End-to-end global account management of client relationships, which includes leading day-to-day relationships (i.e., marketing, operations, reporting requests/inquiries), as well as developing holistic account strategies that deepen the accounts in relation to profitability, relevance, and engagement with these strategic partnerships.
Develop and drive the annual account strategy at both a local (market) and global level working with senior leaders in both Chubb and the partner companies.
Partner with internal & external business partners to negotiate contract renewals and lead all aspects of the client relationship.
Identify, build & manage pipelines of volume growth opportunities to increase profitability/contribution margin of client relationships and continue to improve client satisfaction.
Deliver against quantifiable scorecard goals by leveraging partner assets to drive revenue while also meeting end customers' needs.
Work as part of a matrix team of both Chubb and partner executives internationally to ensure that local & regional programs are run to time & budget.
Be the partner's senior representative/voice at the A&H International Management table.
Chair specific management forums (Business Reviews, Renewals, etc.).
