We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate VP,Enterprise Strategy Transformation to work in close collaboration with the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer and other members of the executive committee and leadership team to develop enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and a comprehensive strategic plan that will enable OLG to achieve its vision, goals, and objectives.
In this capacity, the Vice-President identifies, leads, and manages the development of strategic initiatives that deliver solutions to current business challenges as well as those required to create long-term sustainable growth, value, and competitive advantage for OLG.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Chief Digital Strategy Officer, you will be empowered to: Identify and lead strategic initiatives.
Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for OLG.
Collaborate with the executive committee and leadership team.
Qualifications 10-15 years of progressive experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or general management of a business unit or function with strategic level responsibilities within a large environment.
Knowledge: Minimum University degree in Business/Commerce or related discipline with relevant years of experience.
Requires understanding of OLG business needs and knowledge of gaming industry trends and gaming industry market research in order to identify and deliver recommendations and solutions aligned with industry trends and OLG needs.
Skills: Be looked to as a thought leader in the organization with strong consulting and business acumen.
A strategic and conceptual thinker who is innovative, analytical, and forward-thinking.
Strong communication and influencing skills coupled with excellent business acumen and industry knowledge.
A result and action-oriented individual who is comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity.
