We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate VP, Enterprise Strategy & Transformation to work in close collaboration with the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer and other members of the executive committee and leadership team to develop enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and a comprehensive strategic plan that will enable OLG to achieve its vision, goals, and objectives.In this capacity, the Vice-President identifies, leads, and manages the development of strategic initiatives that deliver solutions to current business challenges as well as those required to create long-term sustainable growth, value, and competitive advantage for OLG.YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Chief Digital & Strategy Officer, you will be empowered to:10-15 years of progressive experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or general management of a business unit or function with strategic level responsibilities within a large environment.Knowledge: Minimum University degree in Business/Commerce or related discipline with relevant years of experience.
