Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary leader to lead product management and engineering for Autodesk's Building and Infrastructure solutions, including industry leading products like Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, and Dynamo. Collectively these products enable millions of users to design and make a better world. Addressing a market that is set to more than double in size in the next 7 years, the Building and Infrastructure Products team is empowering Architects and Engineers to meet the challenges of population shift, urbanization, and environmental sustainability through Digital Transformation.
Our solutions enable the delivery of a sustainably built environment, smarter decisions, and efficient processes using data, option exploration, and automation. You will be leading a team that is using innovative technologies and creating novel approaches to age old problems, through using AI/ML, outcome-based design while building on and contributing to our cloud SaaS platforms. Reports to Amy Bunszel: EVP, AEC Design Solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop Autodesk's AEC strategy with other executives on the AEC leadership team.
Deliver our Building and Infrastructure design and analysis solutions on desktop and cloud.
Lead a global organization of over 400 employees and contractors, and oversee an annual budget of over $55M.
Develop and inspire the team to achieve maximum productivity and optimal creativity.
Attract new talent as you develop existing talent to meet the needs of the business.
Partner with the leadership team to develop product strategy and roadmap.
Work closely with Autodesk customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure the product meets business objectives.
Drive results through your personal involvement and direct leadership.
Leverage data and analytics to assess effectiveness.
Communicate successes illustrating the business value of delivered capabilities.
Work with executive leadership to set expectations and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs inevitable in complex project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
System Level Thinking / Strategy: Ability to transform complex strategies into key initiatives and establish achievable execution plans that move AEC strategy forward.
Decision Quality / Action Orientation: Ability to pragmatically prioritize importance / urgency of work based on a keen sense of expected impact on business objectives in both the short and long term.
A deep understanding of the AEC industry, customers and partners.
Can articulate, clarify, and amplify the intent and priorities of the CEO and AEC Design leadership team to the organization.
Courage: Ability to discuss, debate and push back on the EVP and other senior leaders when necessary.
Provides air cover for Building and Infrastructure Design staff to maintain stability and sustainability of execution.
Has a passion for the potential of emerging technologies that may still be in the experimentation phase.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale global teams.
10+ years of experience creating and implementing organizational strategy, having demonstrated significant organizational impact.
A bias for action and ability to manage short-term decisions with longer-term vision.
Entrepreneurial and transformational mindset, driven to create and innovate.
Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at all levels in the organization.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies.

A transformational leader with a track record of bold moves that transform customer experience and value delivered.
