EDITORIAL LEAD JOB PROFILE Are you looking for a role you can get your teeth into? Somewhere you can grow, be creative, influence marketing decisions, and have a real impact? We're looking for an Editorial Lead who is keen to dive into a fast-paced, creative role managing and coordinating the editorial needs of Mantu and our brands.
THE ROLE We're looking for someone dynamic and personable who is comfortable switching projects and juggling priorities across a busy marketing department. As well as managing our in-house Content and Translation teams, the Editorial Lead will work closely with the wider Marketing and Design teams to develop and align our editorial strategy across Mantu and our numerous brands. As well as having the (professional) time of your life with brilliant, diverse colleagues and access to hundreds of training opportunities, you will:
Plan and coordinate B2B and employer branding content across a wide range of formats and channels.
Own our editorial strategy: everything from our tone of voice to our CTAs will fall under your remit.
Manage the editorial production schedule and ensure appropriate allocation of resources for each project.
Collaborate with our Marketing and Design teams to coordinate impactful, exciting written and visual content that delivers real results.
Be a brand guardian - you'll have oversight of all the editorial assets our brands need to shine online and offline.
Work across numerous brands, each with their own unique tone of voice and house style.
ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who'll make a great addition to our team not only because of their skills, but their personality too. You'll be:
A native English speaker with impeccable language skills. This role will be responsible for reviewing and approving content written in English, so your grammar and writing abilities must be flawless.
A self-starter with 5+ years of experience creating engaging copy across various channels.
A confident project manager who is comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
Creative and passionate with a can-do attitude. You'll love what you do and bring that infectious enthusiasm with you to every brief.
Organized and proactive. This role needs someone who'll hit the ground running, although you will be supported by your wonderful teammates and colleagues.
