DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Expert understanding of products with ability to demonstrate products and servicesPositively impact sales through customer interactions, with consistent increase in conversion ratesBuild meaningful connection and profile the customers assigned to improve quality data and segmentationResearch and identify leads to boost the sales on the specific region/territoryWork closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunitiesAchieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data providedCapture and report all relevant dataProvide a positive and memorable experience to each customerAchieve and exceed KPIs set. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in sales roles is mandatoryGood knowledge in IT and preferably storage environmentsNative/fluent in Dutch, both oral and writtenFluent in English (at least B level)Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packageExcellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuadeComfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets setResourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsAbility to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely mannerAbility to work independently while being team player at the same timeStrong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
