You will be responsible for driving the execution and implementation of the assigned combustible brand initiatives within Iberia (Spain, Canarias, and Portugal), supporting consumer centricity and consumer knowledge across the region.
Take part in the development of key marketing strategies supporting Brand Manager and Brand Lead.
You will closely collaborate with Brand Manager, C&TA, Sales, and other stakeholders, including brand agencies and HQ, to ensure that projects are executed on time, effectively, and consistently within the assigned budget.
What will you do – responsibilities: Support Brand team by analyzing the market, brands, and consumer to understand opportunities and challenges, monitoring brand performance and market dynamics.
Responsible for the implementation of Iberia Brand/market assigned initiatives to achieve annual strategic brand goals by taking ownership of: Manage brand/market commercial activities assigned to reach or surpass the defined business goals while strengthening brand image.
Monitor brand/market assigned performance, checking the impact of brand campaigns & proposing recommendations to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Manage and coordinate key stakeholders to ensure perfect coordination, on-time execution, and excellent delivery of various brand initiatives.
Learn and understand market, competitors, and consumer behavior dynamics.
Responsible for managing fluent and timely communication among key stakeholders.
Monitor project status and follow up regularly with BMs.
Responsible for early identification, escalation, and resolution of bottlenecks utilizing strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Propose corrections/improvements when needed and offer solutions to minimize disruption.
Share concerns about workload peaks & project development.
Responsible for efficient assigned budget management, thinking of potential optimizations to maximize ROI or impact.
Manage self-workload, measuring time spent on each project and phase, ensuring alignment with brand manager objectives and brand goals, adding value to the company through prioritization.
Take part in the development of key marketing strategies supporting Brand Manager and Brand Lead (pre-ASP, OP, Commercial reviews, or ad hoc projects when needed).
Who are we looking for – requirements: High standard of university degree (required).
MBA or equivalent educational background will be an advantage.
2 years of professional experience in FMCG marketing and/or C&TA.
High level of English & Spanish.
Background in marketing.
Professional experience in Marketing Research is a plus.
Analytical skills.
