Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Junior Project Manager responsible for supervising a project and coordinating the activities of a team of professionals and technicians. This role will also include ensuring that the goal of the project is met efficiently, that the project is carried out in accordance with the specifications of the client or the senior project assistant.
Main Responsibilities Generate and supervise project-related tasks.
Coordinate communication between all the parties involved in the projects.
Prepare a proper and clear Project Management schedule aligned with the project's deadlines.
Coordinate and guarantee the completion of all the project formalities and orders.
Meet with the team and ensure that each member is given an opportunity to make suggestions regarding the execution of the project.
Prepare the travel expenses for each of the assigned projects.
Keep an updated checklist for each of the projects you are assigned to.
Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and round up assigned projects.
Guarantee the well-being of the project team during the project.
Suggest strategies for achieving the project goals to the team.
Required Skills Minimum two years' experience in project development and management-related jobs.
Strong attention to detail and tested organizational skills.
Ability to be proactive and independent, while also being interdependent on the team.
Ability to understand the needs and goals of clients and build strong relationships with them through a consultative approach.
Highly motivated self-starter, ambitious and results-driven.
Ability to see projects through to completion.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Advanced level in English. A second learned language is an advantage (preferably German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or French).
