Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.Summary:We are currently seeking an individual who demonstrates high motivation and exhibits exceptional work behaviors to join our team as a Market Planner.In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece.Responsibilities:Develop and lead the inventory plan and execution for the market, optimizing inventory opportunities and analyzing variance.Communicate supply issues to the sales team, lead commercial meetings, and handle country fulfillment.Identify low cover products and effectively resolve related issues.Manage back-order risks and provide timely communication to commercial teams.Lead strategic stock build planning, considering factors such as import license registration, M&A;, and supply issues.Supervise order management, inbound POs, and collaborate with partners to resolve short-term supply issues.Rebalance product allocation based on customer limits in coordination with marketing partners.Provide valuable feedback at the country or market level.Lead new product launches and phase-outs within the market.Update JDE sourcing and maintain reports for the commercial team.Confirm transfer orders for imported products.Make decisions and approve supply issue resolutions for imported products.Develop monthly reserve proposals while seeking ways to reduce waste.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning.Solid understanding of effective Supply Chain performance and operations management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive when necessary.Extensive knowledge of import/export regulations.Proficiency in RapidResponse or other relevant planning systems.Experience in prioritization and adaptability to change.Established track record of effectively managing relationships with individuals across various locations within a complex organizational setup.Basic project management skills and lean/continuous improvement knowledge.Focused on meeting customer needs with a strong emphasis on service.Local language skills required.APICS certification is a plus.Why do you want to work for us?Competitive total compensation packageProfessional development opportunitiesHigh importance placed on work life balance (Family Responsible Certificate efr)Flexible benefits (childcare vouchers, employee discounts, etc.)Commitment to growing and developing an inclusive and diverse workforce
