Minimum Requirements: University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.4-6 years of working experience in a management position (preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar).Proven successful leadership in a large organization, delivering both business results and people development.Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest.Experience of working as a management team member with a proven ability to positively influence the business directly and through good collaboration.Knowledge of labor laws and third-party relations (unions, external service providers, etc.
).Experience in securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans, setting and following up goals.Proven ability to influence in a matrix organization.Successfully lead projects or processes on a country/market/national level.Good coaching, mentoring, advisory, and facilitation skills, along with conflict management and problem-solving experience.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.What you'll be doing day to day: Contribute to the exciting process of expanding the Barcelona Market (OBAMA) by working with the different current and future customer meeting points.Participate in the development of the Store Business Plan and the Annual Action Plan in the Management Team, making general decisions for the store.Work in the Commercial Team for the implementation, development, and update of the commercial strategy and action plans of the store.Ensure the control and monitoring of the logistics development of the store, taking measures to achieve the budgeted costs and objectives described in the logistics plan.Use the strategic directions and objectives of the business plan to develop and implement a clear logistics plan for the store together with your team, ensuring a logistically secure environment.Attract, develop, and inspire managers and collaborators through the IKEA values, actively transmitting knowledge and experience.
