3+ years of program or project management experience.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.Bachelor's degree.2+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development.Role OverviewThe Procurement Learning and Development (L&D) Program Manager develops comprehensive learning solutions to accelerate and amplify procurement capabilities in the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) through engaging formal training, social learning, and challenging in-role experiences.The Program Manager leads programs from definition to delivery using Agile principles. They work independently with business partners to define the required skills.They prioritize the project using a prioritization rubric, determine if the solution will be borrowed from other groups, built by the L&D team, or purchased from a third-party. The person in this role coordinates project resources including the budget, support teams, and assignments of sub-tasks. For purchased products, the Program Manager selects vendors and directs design and delivery. They keep stakeholders informed, monitor timelines, then test, revise, and ensure delivery of the learning experience.The Program Manager owns our learning experience platform. They enhance platform functionality, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain governance of the learning library while administering learning assignments. The Program Manager will produce leader-led workshops for the organization. This role requires up to 30% travel.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders to develop learning and development solutions for the procurement organization accessible to our global team.Manage simultaneous learning and development programs end to end.Design instructional materials and learning experiences leveraging adult learning principles.Work with workshop facilitators to produce engaging workshops to accelerate skill growth in key skill foundations.Maintain and enhance the Global Procurement University learning experience platform.Analyze key performance indicators gaps to improve performance.Create and maintain mechanisms and standards to ensure consistency of solutions.Location: Barcelona, B, ESP.3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.3+ years of driving process improvements experience.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.#J-18808-Ljbffr
