Your RoleAs the Tokize Manager, you will be responsible for the overall growth and development of our website in various markets, with an initial focus on the French and Italian markets, followed by an expansion strategy targeting the English and Spanish markets. This cross-functional role will have you working closely with our SEO, Content, Marketing, Data, Tech, and Product teams, transforming insights into implemented actions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a booming niche, driving innovation and business growth for Tokize.
Your Responsibilities & TasksOversee global website development, initially in France and Italy, followed by the English and Spanish markets, maintaining a robust international presence.Understand the complete purchasing funnel of the site and coordinate actions that improve conversions & revenue.Develop and oversee the project roadmap, ensuring timely progress and goal achievement.Monitor and report on agreed performance KPIs - mainly Visits, Usage, Clicks to Partner, Revenue.Forge partnerships (affiliates) and engage with market main players for information gathering.Analyze the competition and their strategies, including content, partner targeting, SEO and more.Attend conferences in the field to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Collaborate effectively with different teams, facilitating clear communication and seamless project execution.Explore the possibility of moving towards sales training as the company grows.Your Experience & SkillsTechnical SkillsAt least +3 years' work experience in a similar role in a dynamic digital company (Growth Manager / SEO / Product / Project Management or similar).Knowledge and experience in SEO and Affiliate Marketing.Knowledge or a strong desire to learn the world of cryptocurrency/finance.Analytical background and comfortable with data.Test & learn methodology.Fluency in French and English (Bonus points for Italian and/or Spanish proficiency).Plus: Experience in creating/selling training courses.Personal SkillsExcellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills.Proactive and detail-oriented, able to work autonomously and take initiative.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team.Smart, energetic, team player.BenefitsOn top of the competitive salary package and annual bonus plan, the benefits we offer are the following:
