Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help shape how Google is perceived in the eyes of the Spanish Consumer and Key Opinion Formers by building and executing Marketing programs and campaigns. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, productive, with great communication skills and a record of cross-functional partnerships. In this role, you will lead our key initiatives to sustain Google's brand reputation in Spain.This is an exciting cross-functional role, involving close work with local and EMEA PR, Policy, Legal, and Engineering, as well as collaborating with other marketing teams across Google's global and EMEA offices.You will have high exposure to strategic priorities and senior stakeholders, giving you opportunities to identify and shape new exciting reputational projects. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role which will touch upon many different skills in marketing/brand building, storytelling, strong operational leadership, and the ability to foster strong partnerships both externally and internally.Responsibilities:Understand the digital ecosystem in Spain and work to define the right initiatives.Launch programs, build partnerships, and create marketing campaigns to bring these ideas to life.Lead high-profile B&R campaigns (regulatory campaigns, Brand campaigns, etc.).Launch initiatives to engage with KOFs and improve our Brand & Rep perception.Help SMBs to be better trained on Cybersecurity and other key topics where we want to position Google.Manage Grow with Google's program "Career Certificate" to accelerate and support digital transformation of workforces in Spain.Collaborate with team members and cross-functionally, especially with Policy, Legal, and PR teams to launch the campaigns and achieve the expected impact.Manage external stakeholders and partnerships.Manage creative and media agencies to launch the campaigns.Qualifications:We offer a 6-month project in a leading Digital company.Minimum Requirements:5 years of relevant experience in an advertising, consulting, or marketing role.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.Desired:At least 5 years of relevant experience in an advertising, consulting, and/or marketing role.Solid experience in creating and executing high-impact meaningful integrated marketing campaigns (offline, online, activations; unconventional and innovative campaigns/activities beyond traditional media buys).Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently; Portuguese is a plus.Self-driven, motivated, proactive, and solution-focused; with the ability to take initiative.Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a constantly evolving context.
