We are looking for the talents of an Instore Visual Merchandiser & Sales Advisor (M/F) for our future Apartment in Madrid, opening planned in December. Your missions as Instore Visual Merchandiser will be the following during 20H a week:
Be the Guarantor of the Retail brand image: Guarantee an optimal presentation of the products while respecting the Sézane DNA and commerciality. Provide customers with an exciting and inspiring shopping experience. Ensure the rotation of racks, mannequins and walls according to the flow of parts. Organize your work according to needs, priorities and commercial planning. Collaboration with Headquarters: Apply the guidelines for racks + mannequins drawn up by Headquarters. Transmit qualitative photos of the achievements respecting the deadlines. Ensure the feedback of information to the Manager according to the need for adaptation of the guidelines. Raising awareness and training teams in VM: Disseminate and circulate VM information (focus, VM standards, trends, etc.). Maintain active communication with the various managers in order to best meet their expectations. Take care of the scenography of the Apartment: Ensure the proper management of furniture in the store. Be responsible for POS & merchandising materials. Ensure the management and follow-up of service providers (flowers, books, etc.). Being a project and work manager (showcases, product presentation updates, pop-ups, etc.). Your missions as Sales Advisor will be the following during 20H a week:
Make the customer the priority of the flat to guarantee optimal customer service. Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming). Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experience. Consider the personality of your customers in order to identify their desires. Help them discover the brand and our different worlds/products. Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature (flat and web). Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products. Be a force for proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique. Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty.
